Most of our pieces are made-to-order and takes up to 10 business days for production time.
Shipping to the US and Europe takes up to 3 business days, Shipping to the rest of the world can take up to 6 business days.

Once we ship out your order, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
Customers in the US will not be required to pay any duties/taxes upon delivery.
Customers in Europe / Australia / Canada and rest of the world will may be required to pay importing taxes/duties as eligible in their country. The buyer is solely responsible for payment of these customs fees.
Our studios are located in Tel-Aviv, Israel and New York City, USA. The shipping origin depends on availability and workload orders.
Returns and exchanges
We offer returns within 14 days of delivery for a full hassle free refund or exchange. Simply contact us before shipping the item back.
Returned items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging, accompanied by the order number.
Simply contact us with your order details and the return request and we will reply shortly with the return address which located in New York.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it.
Once we receive the items back, we will process the refund within 2 business days. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method, credit cards may take up to 5 business days to process the refund.
Simply contact us with the order details and the new jewelry piece you like to exchange with. If the new jewelry piece cost more than what you have paid for in the original order, you will be asked to pay the balance, if the price is lower, we will credit the balance to the original payment method.
Cancellation requests must be requested within 48 hours of being placed.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for customized or personalized (engraved) orders.
If you are outside of United States, you may have paid importing taxes/duties to Customs Department of your country in order to receive the package.
In case of returning for a refund, we are not responsible for those taxes, you should contact the Customs Department of your country in order to try and receive those taxes back.
If your ring does not fit, we offer one free resize per order within the first 30 days of ownership. The customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.

All engagement rings with a diamond bigger than 0.4 carat, will come with a GIA/CGL certificate of the diamond.
Yes, most of our pieces can be engraved free of charge.
Leave a note at checkout of what you would like to engrave or kindly contact us with the order details and what would you like to engrave and we will reply shortly with a confirmation or adjustments. Engraving service takes 2 business days.
