Our pieces are carefully crafted with attention to detail, and the creation process can take up to 10 business days as each piece is made to order.

How long does it take for the shipment to arrive after it has been shipped

How do I track my order?

Will I be required to pay any additional taxes

Customers in the US will not be required to pay any duties or taxes upon delivery.

Customers in Europe, Australia, Canada, and other countries may be required to pay import taxes or duties as applicable in their respective countries. The buyer is responsible for paying any customs fees. Please be aware that customs policies and practices can vary widely from country to country, and it is the buyer's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the customs laws and regulations of their country.

Where is the order shipped from?

Our studios are located in Tel Aviv, Israel and New York City, USA. The shipping origin for orders depends on availability, destination, and workload.

Returns and Exchanges

What is the return policy?

We offer hassle-free returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

We are proud to offer free return shipping on all orders.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact us with your order details and the return request.

Returned items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the order number.

How do I return my order?

To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact us with your order details and the return request.

We will promptly reply and provide you with a free FedEx return shipping label to make the process seamless and easy.

For all returns and exchanges, please include all original packaging and accompanying materials, including certificates. However, for resizes, do not include original certificates or accompanying materials.

For security reasons, do not write the words "jewelry," "diamonds," or other related terms on the package.

What are the steps to properly pack a shipment for return?

To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps, we recommend using the original packaging from your order :

Place the item inside its original ring or jewelry box.

If you have a padded pak, place the ring or jewelry box inside it and seal it. If you do not have a padded pak and the FedEx drop-off location does not have it in stock, you may skip this step.

Place the padded pak (if applicable) or the jewelry box inside a medium FedEx Priority box and seal it.

Affix the shipping label to the outside of the larger box.

Take the package to your nearest FedEx location.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages dropped off at FedEx Drop Boxes or non-FedEx staffed locations.

Obtain a FedEx receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped. This receipt will act as proof of insurance.

How and when will I receive a refund for my returned item?

Once we receive the returned items, we will process the refund within 2 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days to be processed.

How do exchanges work?

To initiate an exchange, please contact us with the order details and the new jewelry piece you would like to exchange.

If the new jewelry piece costs more than the original item, you will be required to pay the balance.

If the price is lower, we will credit the balance to the original payment method.

Can I cancel my order?

Sure, Cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of placing the order.

How do I process a return for an order shipped outside the United States that has already been subject to import/VAT taxes?

If you are returning an order shipped outside the United States and have already paid import taxes/duties to the Customs Department of your country, we are not responsible for refunding those taxes. You will need to contact the Customs Department of your country to seek a refund for the import taxes/duties paid


Do you offer installments plan?

Yes, amongst the many secure payment methods that are available to you, we also offer an installments plan via Affirm.

I have ordered the wrong size, can you resize my item?

If the item you have purchased does not fit, we offer one free resize service within the first 60 days of delivery.

I am not sure of the ring size I need. What are my options?

To determine the ring size you need, you can try the following options:

To accurately measure your finger size, you can request a free Ring Sizer from us by selecting the option from the drop-down menu in the size selection when placing an order.

Use a ring you currently wear on the relevant finger and refer to a Ring Size Guide to determine your size.

If you know your international ring size, you can use the chart in this guide to convert it to your US ring size.

These options should help you determine the correct ring size for your finger. Please let us know if you have any further questions or need additional assistance.

How do I find out her ring size without her to find out?

1) Take one of her rings, which she wears on the relevant finger, to a local jeweler to measure the size.
2) Measure the ring and use the Ring Size Guide for determine her size.

Warranty & Packaging

Do you offer a warranty for your jewelry?

Yes, we offer a lifetime cleaning and maintenance services for your piece, as well as a 2 year accent gemstone/diamond replacement. For more information, please visit our warranty page

What is in the package?

All orders will be packed with complimentary gift wrapping.

All orders will contain a ring/jewelry box.

All of our diamond jewelry, whether they are earth-mined or lab-grown, come with a GIA/IGI certificate. This certificate verifies the quality and authenticity of the diamonds,

All of our Moissanite engagement rings come with an international laboratory jewelry certificate & appraisal.

Do you offer engraving?

If you are looking to add a personal touch to your purchase, then consider our free engraving services.
For a more precise result, we offer laser engraving only.
We can engrave your jewelry with up to 20 characters of text.
This includes numbers, symbols, and letters.
We engrave most of our pieces - unless they have no free surface area to engrave on.

To request engraving on your product, you can either enter your request in the designated engraving field on the product page, or you can contact us after placing your order.

Our engraving service typically takes additional 2 business days to complete

Is it possible to customize your rings?
